Right of Withdrawal / Returns
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 15 calendar days without justification.
The withdrawal period will expire after 15 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, follow these steps:
Access your account:
Log in to your account in the store.
Access the order history:
Go to the "My account" or "Order history" section.
Select the order you want to return:
Find the corresponding order and click on "Details" or something similar.
Choose the products to return:
Select the products you want to return and provide a reason (if the form requests it).
Submit the return request:
Confirm and submit the request. In some stores, you may receive an email confirming the start of the process.
Wait for approval:
Once the request is approved, the administrator may send you a return label or specific instructions.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the communication regarding the exercise of this right to be sent before the corresponding deadline expires.
In accordance with current legislation, products can be returned, for any reason, within 15 calendar days from the receipt of the merchandise by the customer.
WARRANTIES
The warranty may be applied whenever there are non-conformities attributable to the seller; deterioration resulting from the use of the product is not considered a non-conformity.
